この曲は作曲家・編曲家の駆け出し、2010年生まれのMusicCreator「Y」が作曲した2曲目のピアノ楽曲です。
基本的に短調で展開していく旋律が、満月から新月へと向かっていく下弦の月のもの哀しさと、また満月になる時を待つ強さのイメージを絡めてタイトルをつけました。

This song is the second in my composition series. In the three years since the first one, I've absorbed a lot of different music, and I think this piece will reach even more people's hearts than my previous one.
This piece is basically in a minor key, and the melody expresses the sadness of the waning moon as it transitions from a full moon to a new moon, as well as the strength of waiting for the moon to become full again, which is where the song's title comes from.
I hope that this sad yet powerful melody will move the heart of someone somewhere in the world.
